The autoimmune protocol doesn’t have to be overwhelming, in fact, it’s simple when you are equipped with the knowledge and the tools.

AIP28X provides you with the tools you need to find success in your health journey. As a result, you will create a plan that works for you. Working with mindset, lifestyle, and food, you will learn what is working for you and what is not.

Following AIP28X will help you to identify areas to focus on, identify the foods that feed your body, and the ones that may be causing flares. This method is as unique as you are. Look at your fingerprint...no one has one like you and no one can tell you how you are feeling....find what works for you.

This six-week course will teach you how to prepare your kitchen, home, and environment. We work together within our community to create meals, kick around in the kitchen as we batch cook, create freezer meals, laugh as we share grocery store tours, and feel indulgent creating yummy snack options.  Each week we focus on a new area helping you grow on your health journey.

Week 1: Prep Week: The first week you will learn how to prepare your kitchen, home, and environment for your new way of living. You'll learn to recognize what works on the plan and what does not.

Week 2: Let's GO: The journey starts with one step. This week you will take one meal at a time and create AIP-approved dishes. Don't worry, this is a learning process and we all are here to cheer you on.

Week 3: The Kitchen: Now that you have a few dishes under your belt from week 2, let's dive into batch cooking, freezing, and getting creative with your plan. Remember, you are the driver on this journey....can't wait to see what you create.

Week 4: Self Care: Sleep is key in healing. This week we continue on creating and consuming healthy dishes as well as putting our attention to sleep and downtime. I even throw in a few restorative yoga classes for fun.

Week 5: Remove the Training Wheels: It's your turn to fly. Week 5 is all about taking the training wheels off and creating a plan that works for you. We are here to support you, answer any questions, and celebrate YOU!

Week 6: Dining Out and Travel, Expert Interviews with Q & A Sessions, share what you have learned and show off your amazing dishes.

AIP28X will help you to fine-tune your lifestyle by sharing what has worked for so many. You are unique as your fingerprints and so are your nutritional needs.  Each week we will introduce you to experts in the field and allow you to ask questions, learn about additional resources, and connect. You'll travel with a supportive community of like-minded individuals as you learn to create a plan that works for you. Enjoy pre-recorded and live interviews with experts in Breath Work, Mindfulness, Dietitians, Functional Medicine, Doctors of Physical Therapy, and Fitness Professionals.
