 1 lb Ground Beef, Turkey, or Chicken
 1 Onion, Diced
 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos

In a skillet, heat oil and onions until transleucent.

Add ground meat. Continue to separate until the meat is brown.

Add Palmini noodles and Coconut Aminos. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Options: For additional vegetables add diced mushrooms, sliced carrots, broccoli florets to the onion mixture before adding hamburger.
