1 cup Raspberries
1 T toasted coconut
1 packet Açaí berries
1 Banana-diced
1 T Toasted Coconut
Hemp Hearts (not AIP, wait until introduction_
If time is short and I need a super quick and super healthy breakfast on the run this is a go to. A little trick I like to use….wash all the produce when you arrive home from the store and it’s ready for the morning.
