 4 Chicken Breast
 ½ cup Coconut Amino
 ¼ cup Water
 1 tsp Ginger, Grated
 ½ cup Carrots, Shredded
 4 cups Cauliflower, Riced
 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

Place chicken breast, coconut amino's, water, shredded carrots, grated ginger in instant.

Cook for 20 minutes, allow slow release.

Heat skillet with oil

Add cauliflower rice, and sautee until tender.

Divide cauliflower rice into four servings, top with four servings of pulled chicken.

Top with freshly grated ginger.
