 1 cup Strawberries, Organic, cleaned and diced
 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
 1 tbsp Collagen or 1/2 T Grass Fed Gelatin
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 1 tbsp Water

Place strawberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine.

Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally and mashing the strawberries with a fork as they start to soften.

In a small bowl, whisk together the gelatin and water. Pour into the strawberry mixture. Stir to combine.

Remove from heat. Pour mixture into a glass container and allow to cool.

Once cooled, cover with a lid and place in refrigerator. Will keep for up to one week.
