1 cup Coconut Milk, Canned, Shake Well
¾ cup Strawberries, Organic, Fresh, Cleaned and Diced
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract, GF

Place all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine

Cook, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened and is creamy, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Separate into four servings. Top with a fresh strawberry garnish and a drizzle of coconut milk.
