 1 lb Sautéed Portobello Mushrooms
 1 Onion, Diced
 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos
 12 cups Palm noodles
 1 Parsley for garnish
 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

In a skillet, sauté onions under translucent.

Add cleaned and diced mushrooms. Cook until tender.

Add Palmini noodles and Coconut Aminos. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Serve warm and top with nutritional yeast. Enjoy

Options: For additional vegetables add diced mushrooms, sliced carrots, broccoli florets to the onion mixture.
