 1 Coconut Milk, Canned, Organic
 1 tbsp Vanilla, Pure, Organic
 1 dash Cylen Cinnamon

Chill canned coconut overnight

Open can and separate hardened coconut from the liquid and place in a food processor or blender.

Add a portion of the liquid from the can, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend. (You may have to add more liquid, a small portion at a time until you have a consistency of whipped cream.

Scoop out mixture onto berries, pies, cakes, and enjoy immediately. I like to add an additional dash of cinnamon and toasted coconut flakes.
