Pumpkin Spice Morning Smoothie…YUM! 

Yep, it’s Pumpkin Spice anytime!!!

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Plant Based Milk of your choose

1/2 Cup Ice Cubes

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree (Not Pumpkin Pie Filling)

1 scoop collagen

1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning 

1 frozen banana, diced

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Handful of ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Pour plant based milk in blender with ice cubes, pumpkin puree, collagen vanilla, salt,  and banana.
  2. Blend.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Enjoy!
