I remember days in bed not having the energy to get up.
I’d go to bed and pray I would feel better in the morning only to wake dog tired.
It took years, and many doctors to figure out I had Hashimoto’s.
It took even more time to figure out what my body needed to heal.
Supplements, sleep, workouts, and food…I needed all of it but I didn’t understand how to put it all together.
It was like a puzzle I could not solve.
Being stubborn has it’s advantages. I kept at it, and with time, research, taking it slow, working with an amazing doctor and much experimentation, I figured out what my body needed.
I want to share what has worked for me. It’s a simple plan I stick to allowing my body to get the calories and nutrients it needs.
