Oh my gosh. We had the honor of staying at Half Moon Bay for an event last month and the breakfast options were amazing.

I took the recipe and made it Living AIP Paleo safe. 

Ingredients:

1 slice AIP approved toast

1/2 avocado sliced and mashed

1/2 Lime squeezed

1 T Cilantro diced

1 T Pickled Onions

Greens for garnish.

Toast your favorite bread and top with coconut oil.

Slice avocado in half, place in bowl, and mash with lime.

Fold in diced cilantro.

Place avocado mixture on bread and garnish with pickled onions.
